SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
****Please do this setup no earlier than 2pm*** due to space being used by individuals during the day. Please group the 6 square tables found in the tent in center of the space, "boardroom style" with 3 tables by 2 tables with chairs set up around. Extra chairs that don't fit around the table can be set up and left outside the inner circle of chairs. Set up the two 6-foot folding tables on the back rock wall of the tent (for catering). See attached picture. Please reset space to standard (tables spread out evenly in the tent with 4 chairs each) on following morning.
